Galaxie

My friend Johan bought a car and had it shipped over from the US. It’s a 60′s (I’m guessing 64, but I’m not sure) Ford Galaxie 500 in super mint condition. He didn’t have to sell his soul to buy it, because it’s a four-door, and they’re cheaper. The interior is original and it looks totally new. It’s in a mind-boggling shape. It’s great to ride around in an old American car again, I’ll never get bored of the sound of a V-8.

Now the lobbying starts to get Johan to buy four 20-inch rims, and take his souped up 429 Super Cobra Jet motor and put it in this one. I known him for like 20 years and he’s always had this newly renovated motor sitting in his garage. But he’s pledged to only put it in a Ford Torino 1970. Only time will tell. He’ll probably just put together a stroker 390 just to make everything simpler with motor mounts and transmission.
