Tomorrow my friend Stefan Boman is coming over. He’s bringing his studio flash kit so I can try out flash photography with some good gear. He’s a professional motorsport photographer, so he does not take studio photos too often, so I hope I can have the flashes for a couple of days. It will be fun trying to get some decent studio pictures. I’m thinking of going over to friends and taking their portraits just to learn to set up the lighting. In return I promised to help him transfer some old Nascar films from NTSC VHS to DVD. A friend of his is displaying his car, a replica of an old 60’s Nascar Ford at an exhibition in Sweden, so they need to show some old videos of that in the booth.
