Did big companies ever have morals? In a world where Disney lobbies Washington to prolong the copyright time so their oldest films doesn’t go public domain. And then look what kind of films they do. Old stories that they take from the public domain for free.
Companies like Microsoft manage to get away with anything. The teflon company. And now that they started to clear themselves from all court cases by paying hard cash so they can continue their monopolistic behavior. And then probably launch an attack against their new main enemy Linux. It won’t be long before we see an attack using patents, trying to sink linux.
I wonder how far they can take this behavior until people get fed up. Or maybe the media isn’t to keen on finding these kind of stories, seeing that the perpetrators owns the networks the reporters work for.
The whole thing makes me feel a bit queasy.

Good analysis. Linux will win eventually, when poor countries embrace it as a free O/S and make it more widely used then Win32.
