I talked earlier about a product shoot that I was doing. The product, called GarlicCard is now shipping so I can show the pictures. They are used in the marketing material and on the stands in the shops demonstrating how to use them. So what is GarlicCard? Well, it’s a great garlic press. But it isn’t anything like a press, it’s more like a liquefier. And you don’t have to cut really small slices to liquify it in the pan (yes, just like in GoodFellas) If people just try this simple invention I think they’ll continue to use it. The result comes out as a puré, which gives the food more garlic taste so you can use a smaller amount. I think it’s great! And you can get them in all sorts of colors to match your taste and kitchen.
