I just upgraded to 10.3.8 and Apple has managed to fuck up it up for the second time. On my Powerbook G4 867 12″ the fan now runs constantly. This is the second time a software update has done this. But this time it’s worse, now it’s on constantly, not just when the computer is a little hot. This is going to drive me nuts, so I’ll probably try to replace the kext driver for the fans later on. That was the way to do it the last time. So if your running a Powerbook G4 12″ (first model) wait a bit if you don’t want to listen to a constant breeze…
