I have had some audio problems with my new Powerbook. A very irritating echo. But after deleting com.apple.audio.DeviceSettings.plist from /Library/Preferences it looks like the problem is solved.
Update: Didn’t work. The machine has been running all day with music on, but I just had en echo episode. Looks like Apple has some stuff to do.

I know a friend on apple who´s working on this as we speak and who DID read a forum so I gues the wheels are in motion… But I think everyone has to call suport and make them understand the nature of this problem.
