So who am I?
I’m a geezer who loves to tinker with almost everything that has to do with computing. I got my first computer more than 35 years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Thankfully the computer field is so diverse which make it easy for me to switch to different areas when I get bored. I usually get interested in one area, then try to learn as much as possible about it. And as soon as I get pretty good at it, I get bored and jump on the next thing. Take VoIP as an example, there’s a lot of info about it on this blog, including a program I wrote JackenIAX a many of years ago, but then I just stopped updating it. Well, I got bored. And let’s face it, everyone has a cell phone nowadays anyway.
Right now, I’m in a period of working with electronics. Mostly related to atomic clocks and NTP-servers. I’m also currently in the last stages of designing an excellent headphone amplifier.
I live in Sweden, so my spelling might be a bit funky, but hopefully, you’ll be able to decipher it anyway.
There’s also some info on how to install/fix/modify stuff, mostly written for me because I tend to forget. Hopefully, it can help someone else as well.
